Description: Estimates the pooled (unadjusted) Receiver Operating
        Characteristic (ROC) curve, the covariate-adjusted ROC (AROC)
        curve, and the covariate-specific/conditional ROC (cROC) curve
        by different methods, both Bayesian and frequentist. Also, it
        provides functions to obtain ROC-based optimal cutpoints
